LinkedIn Learning has identified the 15 behavioral and technical skills most sought after by companies using data collected from LinkedIn, a network of more than 660 million users, and more than 20 million job offers.

The 5 most popular behavioral skills or “soft skills”

Interpersonal skills play a vital role. They determine the ability to assume current responsibilities and seize new career opportunities.

Those that top this year’s ranking are creativity, teamwork, persuasion, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.

So many skills that demonstrate his ability to work in a team and suggest new ideas.

Skills that are more focused on performing tasks, such as time management, are no longer in the ranking compared to last year.
